What you don't see is the subsurface traces in the pcb layers. Solderfix] has his five favorite ways, as you can see in the video below. Not so much with pc boards, but everyone has their favorite method for repairing a broken trace.

Hello guys, yesterday i was mounting cpu cooler when accidentally scratched one of the trace which is near cpu socket, (scratched by screwdriver), please to check attached. I would not trust conductive ink for this. Here are some videos of them: I just got a motherboard from newegg, and when further inspecting, i noticed scratches on the front and back.
That means that it is carrying quite a bit of power.
